When a Story Needs More Space
The Winery grew out of the experience gained every day at A’ Cuncuma Restaurant. At the table, wine constantly sparks new conversations: about a grape variety, a winery, a region or a story discovered along the way.
This inspired the desire to create a space entirely dedicated to exploring wine. A place with its own identity, yet rooted in the same vision as A’ Cuncuma: to observe Sicily, understand it and find different ways to tell its story.
